Shipping, Sales Tax and Returns

SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ALL FLINT RIVER RANCH PRODUCTS - FLINT RIVER RANCH does not deliver to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

 

All Shipping costs are included in the price of all products. Applicable sales/use tax is charged on all orders shipped to California. ORDERS SHIPPED TO ALL OTHER STATES ARE TAX FREE! (check your state and local laws regarding your requirement to pays sales and use tax)

 

FAST SHIPMENTS

We immediately process all orders received with the exception of NEW Customers who order Special Priced Product as they must be verified by Flint River Ranch first. These will take longer. Please make sure your address is correct. To insure faster delivery, orders are processed electronically to the Flint River Ranch distribution center nearest you. Average delivery time after UPS pickup is 2 to 4 business days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule delivery only once or twice a week. Samples may take up to 10 business days depending upon availability. Requests for cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If the order has already be processed by Flint River Ranch, or should their offices be closed, we will NOT be able to cancel/change the order. It will be the customers responsibility to refuse the order upon receipt and incur return shipping costs per the policy posted on this website.

 

RETURN POLICY - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

 

30-day Return Policy:  If you are not satisfied with your Flint River Ranch product, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full product refund. Flint River Ranch must be contacted within those 30 days to be informed of your intention to return these products in order to qualify for a full product refund. Product must be shipped; postage paid, to the FRR facility assigned to receive your return by the Call Center.

Please contact FRR at 800-354-6858 during our work hours or email us at returns@frrco.com for appropriate instructions and a return authorization code. Product being returned must be sealed if opened, be properly padded & packed and have the RAC clearly marked on the outside of the package below your return address. Please include this RAC on a memo inside summarizing the reason for return. Orders received outside of this process will not fall under this stated guarantee and may have additional Shipping & Handling charges assessed to the refund.

Returns must be addressed to the warehouse closest to you
If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Please enclose needed information with the shipment.

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME

If not at home, UPS will make several delivery attempts. In most cases, and depending up the delivery area, they will leave your package at the front door without a signature; otherwise, they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response within 5 days, they will return the package to our warehouse.

 

DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS

Because of weather, holidays, and various other reasons, your package may require extra time for delivery. While UPS is usually very efficient, sometimes packages are incorrectly routed and delayed in shipment. When confirming shipments, the date provided by customer service is the date invoiced. The actual pickup date can be a day later as UPS scheduled pickup close at 3 PM and pickup may be over a weekend or holiday.

 

If you feel a shipment has been delayed or lost, please call 800-354-6858,  leave your full name, day-time phone number, shipping address, date of order and request a priority package trace.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a shipment that is noticeably damaged - refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, call UPS 1- 800-742-5877 and advise them that you are refusing the shipment and they will pickup.

 

SHIPPED ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Customer assumes responsibility for freight costs of undamaged shipments refused and returned.

 

Customer assumes responsibility to keep shipping address current.

 

UPS CALL TAGS:

There is a $5.00 charge to your account for issuing a UPS Return Call Tag request and it will be deducted from any refund or credit.

 

SALES/USE TAX

Applicable sales/use tax is charged on all orders shipped to California.

 

AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS

An automatic shipment program is an ideal way to insure that you will receive product on a regular scheduled basis. An Autoship Schedule can be easily cancelled or changed with a minimum advanced notice of 5 business days.

 

Autoship orders are packed the night before the date of shipment and picked up early in the morning on the scheduled day of shipment. If the date of shipment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the order is shipped prior to the regular shipping date to insure prompt delivery after the weekend or holiday.

 

New Customer Discounts:
 Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Our 50% Sample Packs are reserved for NEW customers who have never ordered products or samples from Flint River Ranch directly, or from any other distributor or website. In addition, the 50% Off Sample Pack offers are limited to (1) one per customer/household and cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion. If you have ever tried Flint River products, are are now feeding your dog or cat Flint River Ranch products, you are most like already a customer and in Flint River Ranch's database. Please use the coupon code to receive your discount at check-out.

 

If you are NOT a NEW Customer and you order a New Customer Discounted Item, your entire order could be delayed. We will make every effort to contact you but in the event we cannot we will process the order as best we can, sending you whatever products we can based upon your payment. Our site uses special credit card encryption and therefore we cannot always charge you the difference for every order you place. Please place your order according to your customer status as we will go by what Flint River Ranch verifies your account status to be. Any order received that we decide cannot be processed will be refunded and the order will not be sent.

 

Please NOTE: Shipping charges of $4.00 will apply to any order totaling less than $9.00 with the exception of Dog, Cat or Dog/Cat Combo Sample packages.
